Overview

Solórzano, Carvajal, González Pérez-Correa (SCGPC) is a unique team of top-level lawyers with one mission: to build an outstanding firm able to attract and retain exceptional attorneys who translate our clients' needs into legally effective, cost efficient, timely and innovative solutions to ensure their success.

Our vision is to create long-term partnerships with our clients by promoting client loyalty based on trust, common values, effective and efficient communication, and a clear understanding of our client's business. Our boutique structure allows us to treat each client individually, proactively addressing their needs and working to ensure that their goals are achieved.

At SCGPC, we deliver solutions. It takes business sense and creativity to provide effective legal counseling. We have built a team of lawyers who deliver both. This expertise has attracted public and privately held companies, governmental bodies, nonprofit organizations, individuals and start-ups from the United States, Canada, Mexico and other countries.

The firm — based in Mexico City with offices in Los Cabos — has particular expertise in advising US and Canadian clients on the legal aspects of transacting, entering, and operating in Mexico. SCGPC is made up of a team of over 30 professionals, many of whom have professional and academic experience on both sides of the border.

This unique combination allows SCGPC attorneys to act as a bridge between the contrasting North American and Mexican legal systems. Working with our client’s in-house corporate and legal teams, SCGPC responds to the needs and addresses the issues salient to our clients in the context of Mexican and international law.
